Thermobaker Biscuits

Treatmaker sent me a photo. I've seen it pretty often, just never had any idea what it was or what to do with it. I've even seen it in the Wal-Mart produce section, of all places.

I found it in a produce book I have, and it is listed there under Yuca, pronounced YOO-kah. I guess terminology and spelling are pretty fluid with this root. Yuca, Yucca, Manioc, Cassava...

Whatever it's called, I'm going to try it soon. Sounds interesting, and I'm always looking for new veggies in my life.
